2026 Annual Meeting of Homeowners
Meeting was held the evening on Jan 28th.
Board attempted to answer a number of questions from homeowners and listened to a number of concerns that homeowners had.
The election results were that Amer Gilani and Van Lityouvong are our two new board members replacing Marcus Barton and Greg Thompson. A couple of comments related to concerns from the meeting:
- Tree trimming: 8ft is the minimum height over side walks. The HOA can cite this, but it is hard to detect on the biweekly inspections. A great method to report this particular violation is with the city. Use this link: https://www.roundrocktexas.gov/city-services/service-request/ and select code-violation. There are a number of other things the city will address; check out the list.
- Communications: Please check the website under communications if you are not getting the response you need from RealManage. There is an item to send a message to the board. Please use it!
- HOA Portal vs Website:
- The Website is publicly accessible with general information about the HOA and hopefully helpful links for information, standard documents and communcation, including links to the portal.
- The Portal is provided by RealManage and is a source of account information for homeowners. The various resources you can find there:
- Dues status
- Violation status
- Documents: By-laws, CC&R's, Meeting Minutes, Financials, and various forms
- Report violations
- Communications records
- etc.
- Overnight parking! Always a thorn in our side. How to address it and keep homeowners aware that we do have a rule against it.
