Forest Creek HOA 2026 Annual Meeting of Homeowners Meeting was held the evening on Jan 28th. Board attempted to answer a number of questions from homeowners and listened to a number of concerns that homeowners had. The election results were that Amer Gilani and Van Lityouvong are our two new board members replacing Marcus Barton and Greg Thompson. A couple of comments related to concerns from the meeting: Tree trimming: 8ft is the minimum height over side walks. The HOA can cite this, but it is hard to detect on the biweekly inspections.
