Water Restrictions!

  As weather turns more spring-like and we think about turning on irrigation systems, please remember that the City’s Stage 1 Water Restrictions are still in effect.  This allows for two days of watering and applies to all *   property types and sprinklers (drip, automatic, hose end).  Irrigation is not allowed between 10am – 7pm, except if watering by hand.   The watering schedule can be found on the attached flyer or on the city’s website at  www.roundrocktexas.gov/ conservation  (about halfway down the page).  Please ensure that HOA controlled areas are following the two day schedule, when systems are turned back on.   Also, the City’s water conservation program offers rebates that HOAs and homeowners can apply for.  Find those programs at  www.roundrocktexas.gov/rebates   *Irrigation systems using reuse water are exempt from the water restrictions.   Thank you!   Jessica Woods Water Conservation Coordinator, TXLI #8763 City of Round Rock |3400 Sunrise Rd, Round Rock, TX 78665

Eggapalooza, Bulk Trask Pickup, Fee Change

Previously we were charging a $10 late fee.  The amount required by the CC&R's is $25 per month. As of April 1st, this change will be implemented. Also be aware that there is an additional $25 Administrative Fee for sending out late notices to homeowners. This Administrative Fee passes along a charge to the Association to the homeowners responsible for incurring it. This means that being late can get expensive rathe
